SPRING HAS SPRUNG
It's time to kick off the winter doldrums and take a road trip into wine
country. Along the Wine Route, orchards are getting ready to blossom and the
landscape will soon be a leafy riot of brilliant green. Wineries are in full
swing (they never really slow down) and you'll be warmly welcomed whether
you're dropping by to tour and taste at a large, state-of-the-art facility
or an intimate, family-run cottage winery.

  • Celebrating Mum
This Mother's Day, treat that special woman in your life to a celebration in wine country. It's the perfect occasion for a drive along the scenic Wine Route with a stop for lunch or dinner at a fine winery restaurant.

And on May 8th there are a couple of events that Mum (and everyone else) is sure to enjoy. If you're headed to Niagara-on-the-Lake you can get an inside look at some of the area's distinguished historic properties with the B&B Association's Tour of Bed & Breakfasts, or participate in the first weekend of the Wine & Herb Touring Program and learn the secrets of great food and wine matches from the experts.
