In an effort to support the Ontario wine industry, introduce local winemakers, and just generally have an enjoyable time eating and drinking, select restaurants are bringing you the Winter Winemaker Dinner Series. On designated evenings, Ontario winemakers will visit one of these restaurants to discuss their wines, as the chefs prepare special meals for the occasion. Courses will be paired with an appropriate wine, and the winemakers will describe each one prior to the tasting.
