FULLEST BODIED WINES for special occasions and after dinner sipping

Cabernet Sauvignon

(Ca - burn - ay - So - vee - gnah) An elegant, richly flavoured red wine that is superb with meat dishes and hard cheeses and for relaxing into the evening.

Merlot

(Mair - lo) A smooth, easy drinking red that's delicious with red meats, tomato pastas and hard cheeses and lovely for rounding out the evening after a meal.

SUCCULENT DESSERT WINES to complete a great meal

Icewine

Often described as "liquid gold" this aromatic, sweet and silky smooth dessert wine is created from grapes that have naturally frozen on the vine. A rare and special treat to appreciate by itself or with less-sweet desserts.

Late Harvest Wines

Lighter bodied than Icewine, these sumptuously sweet wines are wonderful for sipping or enjoying with a fresh fruit dessert.
